What we do with your information.

Short, and in plain language, because a privacy notice nobody can read is not a privacy notice.

Who we are

This website is operated by Champ Pay Nigeria Limited, trading as ChampPay, a company incorporated in Nigeria. Where this notice says “we” or “us”, that is who it means.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you complete the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company, the capacity you selected, and your message. There is no account to create, no profile built about you, and no tracking pixel following you elsewhere.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, and to continue the conversation you started. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, rent them, or pass them to anyone marketing something to you.

How long we keep it

For as long as the enquiry is live, and afterwards only where there is a genuine business or legal reason to retain it. Ask us to delete your details and we will, unless we are required to keep a record.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us through the contact page and say which. We will respond within a reasonable period and without making it difficult.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Two ordinary technical points are worth stating plainly:

  • Fonts. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, so loading a page makes a request to Google’s servers, which will see your IP address as part of serving that request.
  • Hosting. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests and keeps standard technical logs for security and performance.
  • Market data. On the digital assets page, your browser requests public price data directly from CoinGecko’s API. That request is made by your browser, not by us.

Security

Messages sent through this site travel over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us. No transmission over the internet is ever entirely without risk, and we would rather say that than imply otherwise.

Using this website

The content here is provided for general information about ChampPay and the markets we work in. It may change without notice as the business develops.

  • Market figures. Where we cite market data, it is published by third parties and attributed as reported. It describes the market, not ChampPay’s own performance.
  • Forward-looking statements. Descriptions of what we are building, and any projections, reflect current plans and intentions. Plans change.
  • Not an offer. Nothing on this website is an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, or advice of any kind. Any commercial or investment discussion happens under separate documentation, with appropriate professional advice on both sides.

Intellectual property

The ChampPay name, marks, text, design and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. Photography is licensed for our use. Please do not reproduce the site or its assets without permission — asking is usually a short conversation.

Links out

Where we link to another organisation’s site, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. Their notice applies once you are there.

Changes to this notice

We update this page when what we do changes. The version you are reading is the current one.

Contact

Questions about this notice, or about anything we hold on you, go through the contact page. Mark the message “privacy” and it will be routed accordingly.
